Chatbot Leads Management
Enable Lead Generation
On your chatbot's main screen, select PREFERENCES > Customization. In the Customize panel, find the Lead Generation fieldand and set its value to on.
Customize Lead Generation
Navigate to the Leads panel as shown in the screenshot below. At the Fields tab, you can add additional fields to collect more information from your customers. For example, you can add fields such as city, state, and post pode. When a user asks the first question, the lead generation form will appear in the chat window as shown below.
Google Sheets Integration
In a previous zapier guide, Denser supports integrating leads data with Google Sheets through Zapier. Denser now supports direct integration with Google Sheets without Zapier. As shown in the following screenshot, you can start Google Sheets integration by navigating to the Integrations tab and find the Google Sheets card.
Click Connect in the Google Sheets card to start the integration in a dialog window. In the dialog window, you can grant Denser access to your Google account by using Google OAuth authentication. After authentication, Denser connects to your Google Drive account as shown in the following screenshot. You can select the Google Sheet you want to connect to Denser and click Create Integration button.
After creating the integration, you can view the integration details as shown below. Click spreadsheet link to open the Google Sheet. When a lead generation form is submitted, the data will be added as a new row in Google Sheets after a short delay.
